laravel项目加载css，js没作用，路径是正确的，点击出现Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found. ？？

laravel项目在IIS环境下出现加载css，js没作用，css，js路径是正确的，但是提示404

在页面源代码里面点击css，js路径出现Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found.

请问各位大神怎么解决，是IIS环境
