使用163邮箱通过supervisor 管理mail::queue发送邮件

问题描述：我使用了自己的163邮箱，测试mail:send方法发送成功，但是换成mail::queue后，配置好的supervisor也正常，但是邮件发送过程被退回，折腾一下午一晚上实在不知道原因。。求助

环境：Laravel5.1 + centos7 + apache + mariadb5.5.52 + php5.6
补充说明：没有使用Homestead

下面是我.env文件关于邮箱的主要配置

邮件发送代码如下：
